What Is Your Return Policy?

Your complete satisfaction is very important to us! If for any reason you wish to return any of the following items within 30 days of purchase, we’ll give you a full refund (less shipping), or exchange for product(s) of equal price, no questions asked. Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.

Items eligible for refund or exchange:

  • Any unopened, unused box, case, bottle or container of consumable products
  • Up to 1 (one) partially used box, bottle or container per unique product. (ie. per flavor, sku)

To return unopened, unused, or partially used items as listed above, please complete the Returns/Exchange Request Form

Is My Personal Information Kept Private?

The information we collect on our site is used to make your Lowcarb Express experience more efficient. Low Carb Express does not and will not sell your email address to any other company. Changing your email preferences or unsubscribing from our promotional mailings is as easy as clicking on the link on the bottom of each mailing, unchecking a few boxes and clicking a button. We value and protect your privacy.

What Forms Of Payment Do You Accept?

Low Carb Express accepts online payment with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Card and Paypal.

At the present time, Low Carb Express does NOT accept personal checks.

Will You Charge Sales Tax On My Order?

State law requires us to charge applicable sales tax on all orders shipped within Kansas. We do not charge sales tax on orders shipped to other states.

How Much Do You Charge For Shipping?

Orders of $100 or more (after discounts and excluding applicable taxes) receive FREE Ground Shipping within the Contiguous United States (which excludes Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico). Orders of less than $50 are charged a flat rate of $7.99 and orders $50 up to $100 are charged a flat rate of $12.99.

How Soon Will My Order Arrive?

Orders placed by 11:00 a.m. Central Time are generally shipped the same business day. We ship Monday through Friday. Weekend orders are shipped on Monday and holiday orders ship the first business day after the holiday.  Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation notice via email along with a tracking number.

What Do You Do About Back Orders?

If an item you ordered is out of stock when we receive your order and will not be available within 48 hours, we will send you the items that are in-stock without delay. Backordered item(s) will be sent at our expense as soon as they become available.

Why Don’t You Have a Phone Number?

Now, in this digital age, we believe we can provide excellent customer service via email. Our staff constantly monitors for incoming questions and comments through our website. Weight Loss Program

What Is Included In The Diet Kits?

The diet kit includes a variety of Fully Alive products sufficient to carry you through the time period of the kit. You’ll also receive a Food Shopping List, Food Diary, Multi-Vitamins, and a 20 oz. Blender Bottle.

Can I Customize a Diet Kit? 

Yes, you can customize the diet kits without disturbing the nutritional balance of the Fully Alive Diet Plan by adjusting quantity and adding any of our suggested products on each diet kit main page. This will give you the opportunity to “tweak” the kit to better suit your preferences.

How Much Weight Will I Lose? 

Weight loss varies with lifestyle choices and actual compliance to the plan.

Should I Check With A Doctor Before I Start Your Diet Plan? 

Yes. We strongly suggest consulting with your doctor before starting any diet, exercise or supplementation program.

How Often Will I Eat On This Plan?

You’ll eat 6 times a day, which breaks down to about once every 2 to 3 hours.

How Much Water Should I Drink? 

We recommend drinking at least 8 full glasses of water a day.

Can I Have Coffee, Tea Or Diet Soda? 

Yes, you can have as many non-caloric beverages as you like. Tea and coffee are only considered non-caloric beverages when consumed without cream or sugar.

Do I Need To Exercise For The Plan to Work? 

Although you don’t have to exercise to lose weight, we strongly encourage making exercise a part of your life. Exercise is not only essential for long-term weight management but it boosts your metabolism and self-image in ways that will help keep the weight off for the rest of your life.
