Warm Weather Shipments

Although we promptly ship all orders from our climate-controlled warehouse, we have no control over the conditions your package(s) may encounter on the trip from our door to yours. During times of warm weather, avoid packages being left outside. Some customers opt to have their orders delivered to their work address during the summer. Others choose an alternate location like a friend, neighbor or relative’s home. If you encounter product melting issues, place boxes of bars or unopened items in the refrigerator for about an hour. For best results, minimize handling of individually wrapped products as much as possible. Although appearance may be slightly altered, items will re-harden with no loss of nutrition or taste.

Our warehouse is located smack-dab in the middle of the United States which allows for shorter transit time to more of our customers. Orders placed by 11:00 AM Central Time are usually shipped the same business day, ensuring a prompt and timely delivery of all your packages. Weekend and Holiday orders are shipped on Monday or the first business day after the Holiday. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive confirmation via email, along with a tracking number for you to follow the package from us to you.
